Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Faith On Purpose purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

Returns must meet the following requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must include original packaging when possible

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
• Limited edition or promotional items

Return Shipping

For all approved returns, a prepaid USPS return shipping label will be emailed to you separately. A flat $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the label.

If your return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item caused by an error on our end, Faith On Purpose will cover the full cost of return shipping — no fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
