Order Processing

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days (most times sooner).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note:
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Business days include:
Monday – Friday (excluding holidays)

All Faith On Purpose orders ship from:

How long will it take my order to arrive once processed?

Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected during checkout.

Standard Shipping – USPS
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

Expedited Shipping – USPS
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Shipping time begins after the order has been processed and shipped.


Tracking Your Order

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

 


Delivered but Package Not Found

My order shows “Delivered,” but I don't see the package. What should I do?

Please check the following locations first:

• Garage
• With others in your household
• Mailbox — packages may arrive separately from regular mail
• Porch
• Areas protected from weather
• Areas out of street view (under a mat, near a back entrance, etc.)
• Exterior doors and nearby drop-off locations

If you have a multi-unit community mailbox and see a key in your regular mail compartment, your package may be in a parcel locker. Check the key tag for the locker number and retrieve your package.

If you live in an apartment or condominium, contact your building management office to see if the package was left with them.

If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours from the “Delivered” status, please use your tracking number to submit a service request with your local USPS Post Office™. service request


Address Accuracy Policy

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, Faith On Purpose does not allow delivery address changes after an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, the recommended solution is to request an order cancellation (if the order has not yet been processed) and place a new order using the correct delivery address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will be required to resend the order.
