Faith On Purpose – Shipping Policy

At Faith On Purpose, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders through USPS and other trusted shipping carriers depending on the best available delivery option.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are sent automatically via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

 

Returned Packages & Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers when applicable.

If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you once the package is received.

Customers will have the option to:

1. Reship the order
The package can be resent once the correct shipping address is confirmed. Additional shipping postage will be required to resend the order.

2. Request a refund
If you choose not to have the package re-shipped, we can issue a refund for the product cost only, minus the original shipping fee.

Address Changes After an Order Is Placed

To help protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity, Faith On Purpose does not allow delivery address changes after an order has been placed.

If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect, the recommended solution is to request an order cancellation (if the order has not yet been processed or shipped) and place a new order using the correct delivery address.

If you need assistance, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@faithonpurposeinc.com. While we will do our best to help, order cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Faith On Purpose purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

Returns must meet the following requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must include original packaging when possible

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
• Limited edition or promotional items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please submit request below.
