Angelique Winfield is building people.
As the founder of AngieBWinn, LLC and BA Creative Media Agency, Angelique wears many hats—wife, mother, photographer, videographer, content strategist, educator, media ministry leader, and host of the annual women's conference, It's Reel Easy. Yet behind every title is one unwavering mission: helping people steward the vision God has placed inside of them.
"My heart is helping people steward their God-given vision through storytelling," she shares. "Whether I'm serving a business owner, teaching college students, leading media ministry at my church, or hosting my annual women's conference, my goal is always the same—to help people walk confidently in who God created them to be."
Everything she builds begins with one foundation: faith.
"I truly believe our gifts are meant to glorify God."
WALKING BEFORE THE ANSWERS COME
For Angelique, faith has never been about having everything figured out.
It's about saying yes before all the details make sense.
"Living by faith means moving before I have all the answers," she explains. "It means trusting God's voice over my own understanding and being willing to obey even when the outcome doesn't make sense."
She is quick to point out that faith isn't pretending life is easy.
"It's choosing obedience despite uncertainty because I know God has already gone before me."
That perspective has become especially meaningful in her current season.
BUILDING FROM IDENTITY NOT VALIDATION
Like many leaders, Angelique has experienced moments where obedience didn't immediately produce visible results.
As she prepared for this year's It's Reel Easy conference, God began shifting her vision. What started as a conference centered on content creation evolved into something much deeper—a space where women could discover confidence, clarity, and the courage to become who God created them to be.
The transition wasn't always easy.
"There were moments when I questioned whether I had heard God correctly because the visible results didn't match my expectations."
Yet in those moments, God taught her one of the most freeing lessons of her journey.
"Other people's response doesn't determine whether He spoke. My responsibility is obedience. The outcome belongs to Him."
Whether the room is overflowing or filled with only a handful of people, her perspective no longer changes.
"God is still faithful."
That lesson, she says, has strengthened her faith more than any visible success ever could.
RETURNING TO THE FATHER EVERY DAY
When asked what keeps her grounded, Angelique doesn't point to a perfect routine.
She points to a faithful God.
"Worship is my number one go-to. It's where I meet God honestly, whether I'm celebrating or carrying something heavy."
Her daily rhythm includes prayer, anointing her family and home with oil as an act of faith, repentance, journaling, and intentionally growing in God's Word.
But perhaps the most refreshing part of her answer is her honesty.
"I don't want to pretend that I have all the right answers or that every single day I choose God perfectly, because I don't."
Instead...
"I choose to come back to Him daily."
For Angelique, faith isn't about perfection.
It's about continually turning her heart toward the Father and accepting the grace He freely gives.
WEARING FAITH WITH PURPOSE
Joining the Faith Squad felt like a natural extension of the life she already strives to live.
"I wanted to be part of something that reminds people it's okay to wear your faith boldly."
She believes clothing can become more than fashion.
It can become ministry.
"If something as simple as a sweatshirt can spark a conversation about Jesus or encourage someone who's having a hard day, then I want to be part of that."
Those conversations have already begun.
Whether someone compliments the message, asks about its meaning, or simply smiles because they needed the reminder that day, Angelique has seen firsthand how God can use something as simple as apparel to open hearts.
For her, wearing Faith On Purpose is more than representing a brand.
It's a daily reminder that she's representing Christ.
"Before I respond, before I react, before I speak, I'm reminded that someone may encounter Jesus through the way I carry myself."
LIVING BY FAITH ON PURPOSE
To Angelique, Faith On Purpose is far more than a phrase.
It's a way of living.
A life where faith doesn't wait for hardship to appear but becomes the lens through which every decision is made.

"I don't want my relationship with God to only show up when life gets difficult. I want my faith to influence every area of my life."

LOOKING AHEAD
As she looks toward the future, Angelique isn't praying for fame.
She isn't chasing influence.
Her prayer is beautifully simple.
"Wisdom, discernment, and continued obedience."
"More than success, influence, or recognition, I want to be found faithful."
Whether through her business, conference, classroom, media work, or everyday conversations, her desire remains the same:
"I want people to leave every interaction with me believing that what God placed inside of them matters."
She hopes her own story encourages others to stop waiting until they feel qualified and start trusting the God who already called them.
