When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 5 - 7 Business Days (most times sooner). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time starts once the order has been processed.
Business days include Monday - Friday (excluding holidays)
Where are the orders shipped from?
We ship from Los Angeles, CA [Hawthorne, CA]
How long will it take my order to arrive once processed?
Arrival time depends on the shipping option you choose during checkout
Standard shipping USPS can take up to 5-7 Business Days
Expedited shipping USPS can take up to 3-5 Business Days
My order shows Delivered, but I don't see the package, what do I need to do?
Please check:
- Garage
- With others in your household
- Mailbox - Packages may come separately from your regular mail; check again later in the day
- Porch
- Areas protected from weather
- Areas out of street view, such as under a mat or near a back entrance
- Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
If you have a multi-unit community mailbox and there is a key in your regular mail compartment, your package is in a parcel locker. Check the key tag for the corresponding locker number and open that locker. If you live in an apartment/condo, contact your building's management office to see if the package was left with them.
If you still can’t find your package and it has been over 24 hours since the 'delivered' status, use your tracking number and submit a service request to your local Post Office™
